BLOO smart water meter

I want to create a smart water meter that lets you monitor water usage, easy to install and it will give you rewards for the water that you save so that you can use it to buy other goods or services or even do charity with it.

I am looking for a technical co-founder to start creating hardware and software.

Feel free to contact me. Thank you.
