To reduce the spread of the COVID19 pandemic, new security measures were applied in the hospitality sector. The traditional printed restaurant menus are impossible to sanitise after every use. cMenu transforms the traditional printed restaurant menus into online digital menus. The guests scan an QR code or an NFC tag with their smartphones on an intuitive physical UI that triggers and opens a virtual menu that can be browsed without installing an App.
