Group carpooling for commuters

In the chaotic car traffic of a city, commuters coming from different directions form sets that can be structured in space and time. The structuring in space and time is accomplished by organizing commuters from the suburbs and outskirts of the city in groups. In a group the members cooperate in carrying each other on a daily basis, morning to city and back to suburbs in the evening. A group is an autonomous formation in its suburb.
