Value Communication App/Widget/Plugin Using Bitcoin's Second Layer (LN)

Bitcoin Lighning Network's promise is to provide near instant BTC transactions with negligible costs (>10 sats per TRX, where sats is the short format of satoshi, base unit of bitcoin, 1 BTC = 100,000,000 sats, TRX = transaction). At the same time the Lighting Network could be used as a private value communication layer where input and output messages can have pre-set satoshi value.
