Web application for job seekers. First step: dynamic CV, which can be customized to the target position.

If you are seeking for job, and you apply for two different positions, you'll need two different CVs.
First feature: gererate CV from a small database, by specifying roles to highlight or hide.

The user creates a "full" CV, and tags it with roles. Then customized CVs can be exported for different roles with a button perss.
We need 1 year salary and office for 4 developers. We will hire a CEO and a domain expert (we have candidate for the latter). After product launch, we need hosting services. We need another 1 year for the 2nd-3rd features.
Customized CVs are shorter, and matches better to the applied position.
