Ten programme participants will present their business ideas in a pitching competition, in just a few minutes of presentation. A jury will select two winners, who will receive the first prize of 10,000 euros and the second prize of 5,000 euros.
Within EWA programme we, the POZI.io are organizing the closing event in Hungary. The Pitch event will take place at the GTC White House (Váci út 47/E, 1134) in Budapest, a buzzing business community spaces, There, EWA Mentees will have a chance to showcase all the work they have done over the last six months: they will pitch the business ideas they have developed together with the programme's mentors.
Participants will present their business ideas in a pitching competition, in just a few minutes of presentation.
Among the business ideas are innovative projects such as:
ANITA KÉPÍRÓ - BOERECET MŰVEK - Fruit and vinegar-based healthy soft drink
CSILLA HÓDI - ADOPT A MUSHROOM! - Knowledge sharing about indoor mushroom cultivation in a mobile mushroom laboratory
CSILLA KÁDÁR - STELLA SAFFRON - Growing, processing, and marketing of high-quality saffron
DOROTTYA SZÁM - NETWORK MEDICINE FOR AGRICULTURE (NWMA) - Software for pesticide manufacturers to develop more effective fungicides
ÉVA KOVÁCS - VEGENDÁS - Plant-based products and creams fermented with bacteria
ERZSÉBET BOROS - SUDÁR BIRTOK - Herbs and medicinal plants, community garden
KATALIN RÉTHY - SZEZONKERT - Cultivation of traditional landscape varieties and underutilized plants
OLIVIA GAZSÓ - ORGANIC HORTICULTURE - Bio-intensive methods for chemical-free products
SZANDRA NYEMECZ - SUPERFOOD BREAKFAST- Smoothie drinks with sprinkles for food
TÜNDE UDVARNOKI - COMPOT - Clay indoor composter
A jury will select two winners, who will receive a first prize of 10,000 euros and a second prize of 5,000 euros. The overall evolution of all business ideas in these six months will be assessed, as well as the presentation’s quality and the sales strategy. Finally, there will be a networking space for all attendees.
