Within the EIT Food EWA Programme, the Matchmaking event will be followed by two Masterclass events.

The first of these events is designed to help women entrepreneurs develop skills such as verbal and non-verbal communication, pitching, listening attentively, giving feedback to each other, practicing individually, and working in groups.

We want to create an environment in which every mentee feels safe to express ideas, opinions, and feelings or plan and solve problems in a creative way.

The session will include two keynote presentations, a roundtable discussion, a 1-1 mentoring session, group pitch practice, and a final Q&A session. For this session, we will invite our mentors and external experts to the program in order to maximize the development of our mentees.
