VenturSeed Incubator Application

? Who should apply: Any founder who wants to have the best chance to raise funding for their startup with access to expert mentorship, training, and partners!

? Why apply? The Incubator is an EQUITY based cost FREE intensive online program that helps talented and motivated startups and founders launch and grow their company with the best chance to get investment from their startup venture.

Founders and Startups that run through the program have a significantly higher chance of raising venture funds.

? What is VenturSeed: VenturSeed invests in Pre-pre Seed, Pre-Seed and Seed startups that can generate sustainable cash anywhere in the globe. It's run by GP's, investors and network partners.

APPLICATION STEPS

2. Eligibility (Review the requirements below).

REQUIREMENTS:

Generally, all requirements below must be completed we make a final application decision, so please be prepared to submit/share the following during the application process:

1. Delware Incorporation Status - Good Standing Certificate (can be acquired during the Incubator. Not necessary to have it beforehand.
Check How to Form a New Business Entity - Division of Corporations - State of Delaware for more information.)

2. Current expenses and financials

3. Able to sign term sheet with 5% equity

4. Any current or outstanding founders agreements

5. Any current or outstanding equity agreements.

6. Current Cap Table (including the software you use ie. captable.io)

7. Full list of company team members, including part-time or full time status.

FULL  APPLICATION PROCESS

⚙️ How the application process works:
1/ You submit your application.
2/ We follow up with you and your team, requesting any missing information and following up to schedule an interview.
3/ We confirm all requirements are met before the start of the program

4/ You and your team start the program.
5/ You graduate the cohort with a real funding opportunity.
